I used to weigh myself every day. Twice a day, in fact. Once in the morning and once at night to see how much damage or progress I'd had during the day.  I was very obsessed.
Fast forward 3.5 years to present.  I rarely step on the scale for fear of the number that's blinking back at me.  But since I'm halfway through a weight-loss contest, I figure it's time to reacquaint myself with Mr. Scale {yes, it has a gender and it's male--for obvious reasons}.
I was actually pleased with my weigh-in 5 minutes ago. I'm down another 4 lbs!  Which, not saying much considering it went up a bit, but still...hurrah!  
This calls for a celebration: I'm going to the gym for a lunchtime workout.  :)  I hopefully can keep it coming!
