Erin and I worked out tonight with a personal trainer. Well, worked out isn't really the word. Basically she showed us how to do a bunch of stuff and told us how much to do.
Sad thing is, I only did ten sit down squats and my quads are hurting. They were burning by #10.
Good thing - I know how to use 4 more machines at the gym. I thought I knew how to use all of them but I didn't. So, good use of $10 and 45 minutes. Yup! A personal trainer for the hour was only $10 (well, $20 but she lets 2 people split). I love steep discounts!
Tomorrow I'll be up and at'em early early....to put that $10 to BETTER use.
