The Weight Loss Diary - Entry 1

How to gain tons of weight:

1) stop exercising - completely: don't go to the gym anymore and don't even think of doing anything that resembles exercise.

2) eat out - a lot!: I don't mean just going out to dinner. I'm talking about fast food and burgers and fries that you've previously decided not to eat.

3) rationalize: I will be skinny later in life, why do I need to worry now?

With these powers combined, you'll get the results as prescribed.
